Mechanism of Action
CJC-1295 without DAC (Modified GRF 1-29) is a GHRH analogue with amino acid substitutions to prevent DPP-IV cleavage. Without albumin conjugation, it has a ~30-minute half-life, producing acute pulsatile GH release that closely mimics natural physiology.
